Doncaster pop sensation Louis Tomlinson is to pull on a football shirt once again next month following his failed takeover attempt of Doncaster Rovers.
The One Direction star will swap the Keepmoat Stadium for Celtic’s Parkhead for the second time in twelve months when he takes part in a charity match.
He has signed up for the Maestrio Charity Match on September 7 when he will join a team skippered by former Manchester United and England ace Rio Ferdinand.
His last appearance in Glasgow for a charity match in aid of Stilian Petrov ended with the pop star vomiting on the touchline in full glare of the cameras after hobbling off injured.
He will be facing Celtic as part of Rio Ferdinand’s All-Stars side, who will take on Paul McStay’s Maestros.
Tickets are on sale now – maximum of 10 per person - priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
