The following crimes were reported to Doncaster police on June 9. Anyone with information please call South Yorkshire Police on 101.

Balby: Raiders broke into the Tesco superstore filling station at Woodfield Way early today and stole a large quantity of cigarettes. A black Vauxhall Vectra was seen driving towards White Rose Way.

Rossington: Three generators worth £1,000 were stolen when a storage unit at the Enterprise Centre on Grange Lane was burgled over the weekend.

Conisbrough: A burglar tried to force the back door of a house in March Street yesterday afternoon but was unsuccessful.

Town centre: A £350 bike was stolen while locked to the cycle rack in St Sepulchre Gate near Crawshaws butchers on Sunday.

Dunscroft: A workmen’s Ford Transit van valued at £15,000 was stolen while parked in Lichfield Road with the keys still inside at 4.30pm yesterday. It was later abandoned in Abbey Way.

Warmsworth/Wadworth: Four unlocked cars in Coldstream Avenue, Heath Court and Wadworth High Street had property, including a phone and sat-nav, stolen from them on Sunday night.
