Urgent call for carers

AN urgent call for more foster carers to come forward has been issued by Doncaster Council.

The council is putting on an information event next Thursday at The Dome between 4pm and 8pm for people to find out about what’s involved.

Coun Eric Tatton-Kelly said: “We urgently need more foster carers to provide loving and stable homes for children and young people who can’t live at home with their parents. Whilst fostering can be challenging, it’s hugely rewarding so people should come along next week.”
