LABOUR’S candidate for the mayoral election will be taking the campaign to Doncaster College today.

Ros Jones will meet carpentry and joinery apprentices at Doncaster Hub, at the Waterfront, during her visit to the college.

She is one of five people who have thrown their hats in the ring for the election this year. Also confirmed as standing are current mayor Peter Davies, Conservative Martin Drake, and independents Doug Wright and Mick Maye.
