Crews called to Westwoodside telegraph pole fire

FIRE crews were called out to Westwoodside after a telegraph pole caught light.

By the time crews arrived at the scene in Cove Road, the flames had been extinguished.

The fire crews took no action and an electricity company engineer was called.

The incident happened just after 8.30am today.
