Cops raid drugs house

POLICE dealt with a suspect after they recovered an amount of drugs from a house in Mexborough.

Officers from the Mexborough Safer Neighbourhood Team raided the house on Dodworth Street at the end of January.

They recovered a small amount of cannabis and equipment used to grow the drugs was seized and destroyed.

One man was given a caution for drugs possession.
