NHS North Lincolnshire health trainers are asking over 40s to spend 15 minutes with them to get some friendly advice and support towards a healthier life style.
The Midlife Check team are visiting Crowle on Friday, June 3, and they will cover topics such as weight, smoking, alcohol, stress and exercise.
Using an online tool, it provides instant results which are highlighted by red, amber or green in a traffic light system to show areas where making some changes may be beneficial.
Whether you want to lose weight, feel less stressed or be more active, the health trainers can get you on the right track with the midlife check.
The Midlife team will be at Crowle Community Hub, 52-54 High Street, from 10am–1pm and 2-4pm. The service is free of charge and no appointments are necessary.
