Coffee Morning in the Barn raised £200 for the Friends of Hatfield Church Building Trust.

Town Council will have to fund the cost of the roadway improvements at Jubilee Park as an application to the Public Works Loan Board has been refused.

After receiving two quotations for the grass cutting of Town Council recreation grounds during the 2011 season, council have approved Undercut. It was reported that eight people had applied to have an allotment on the Abbey site. it was agreed that the existing applicants are given priority and that the remaining five allotments are advised in the Town Council newsletter.

Council have no objections on the following planning applications. Erection of residential care home following demolition of existing clinic at former Hatfield Health Centre. Retention of conversion of betting office to residential dwelling, 2 Church Walk, Hatfield. Erection of grain store and lean to at Tudworth Green Farm, Tudworth Road, Hatfield. Erection of two bedroom flats adjacent to existing dwelling including provision for parking, 24 Myrtle Road, Dunscroft. Council are objecting to an application for the erection of a detached dwelling and detached single garage on land to rear of 34 Station Road Hatfield on the grounds of over intensive development.

Coffee Morning held in the Barn on Saturday realised £800 in aid of Yorkshire Cancer.
