A NEW group aimed at helping people stop using drugs and alcohol is being launched.
The free weekly MoodMaster group starts from today, to help people improve their emotional wellbeing.
MoodMaster is an upbeat approach to health and wellbeing and helps people deal with their emotions.
The 12 week rolling workshops are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and will cover areas such as depression, irritability and anger, emotional control, as well as stress and worry, panic and associated agoraphobia.
The free one-hour sessions are being run at The Garage 37 – 41 Thorne Road.
To join people can be referred by their key worker, alternatively they can self refer by ringing 01302 730956 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
