Britain’s Got Talent winners Diversity will be bringing their latest show spectacular to the Sheffield Motorpoint Arena as part of their biggest UK tour to date.
The dance troupe will be performing their new show ‘Digitized – Trapped In The Game’ at the venue on Sunday, April 8.
Since winning BGT in 2009, the group has performed live to over 300,000 people across the world, including The Queen at the Royal Variety Show and the Prime Minister outside No. 10 Downing Street.
Diversity also had two UK sold out tours with their ‘Diversity’s: Bringing A Toy Story To Life’ show travelling the length of the country performing for their legion of devoted fans.
Incorporating several genres of music from classical to hip-hop, their diverse eye-catching routines won the hearts of the nation.
Group leader and Choreographer Ashley Banjo said: “We have been blown away by the reaction we received from our first two tours.
“It has been amazing. We are really looking forward to getting back out there with a brand new show.”
It has been a particularly spectacular rise to fame for Ashley, who is currently starring as a judge on the Sky 1 show ‘Got To Dance’.
He is keen to help newcomers get their big break through talent contests, just like he did.
He will be fronting Ashley Banjo’s Secret Street Crew on Sky 1, which will see him attempt to turn the unlikeliest movers into street dance stars.
So 2012 looks set to be another busy year for Diversity and their current arena tour promises to be everything you already love about the group, but on a much bigger scale.
The lads say there are plenty of surprises in store for those who come to see them.
The show will start at 7.30pm and tickets are priced between £21,50 and £29.50.
