RESIDENTS gathered at a Haxey care home to celebrate an annual autumn fair.

People from across the Isle attended Nicholas House Care Home for a day of fun activities.

Singing duo, Matt and Ange, provided entertainment, while there was also a selection of stalls and a tombola.

Christmas presents were on sale, along with pie and pea suppers.

A small sum of money was raised on the day, which went to the residents’ social fund to help pay for activities and days out.

A spokesman at the care home said: “We had a great day and it was very well attended.

“Our residents enjoyed it and so did the visitors who came.”
