Creative and digital businesses are invited to a free legal clinic at Barnsley Digital Media Centre next week.
The Intellectual Property (IP) Clinic takes place on Tuesday, September 11, from 10am to 2pm and is being held by IP barrister Jane Lambert of NIPC Law. The clinic, part of a new business support programme at the County Way building, is designed to help businesses improve their understanding of copyright, trademarks, software licensing and intellectual property. A number of one-to-one sessions will be held and these are bookable in advance.
The IP Clinics will be taking part quarterly as part of the new DMC events programme and the next one is scheduled for December. The clinic is free to attend.
