Former Premier League stars will pull on their boots to help raise money for one of Doncaster’s newest and fastest growing charities on Sunday.

Footballing legends including Andy Sinton, Clayton Blackmore, Lee Hendrie, David May, Arthur Albiston, Steve Hodge and Don Hutchinson are set to join a number of former Rovers players as they take on a team of dedicated fundraisers at the Keepmoat Stadium in aid of the Eve Merton Dreams Trust.

The legends side will be guest managed by form Eastenders and Hollyoaks star Devon Anderson and Doncaster’s own Stephen Nicholas.

The game kicks off at 3pm with the gates opening at 1pm.

Tickets are available now from Rovers box office via online, telephone 01302 762576 or at the gate on match day.

All proceeds go to The Eve Merton Dreams Trust, which is a Doncaster charity that helps the town’s seriously and terminally ill cancer patients. It was set up in memory of former popular market trader Eve Merton who lost her fight against the disease in 2011.
