Easter fun was on the cards at an Isle primary school as it geared up for the holidays.

Pupils, staff and members of the Parents and Teachers Association at Wroot Travis CoE Primary joined in the seasonal activities which were held around the school grounds.

Youngsters were tasked with searching for coloured sticks which were planted at various points in the school field.

For each stick they recovered they were awarded Easter eggs, of varying different sizes.

The children were excited to go home clutching their bags full of goodies in time for the Easter break, which will see them having a two week holiday.

Our photographer Sarah Washbourn captured the following images from the afternoon’s event, and these pictures are available to buy via our website www.epworthbells.co.uk or by telephoning 03301230203.
