Conisbrough academy’s good rating

A school has made continued good progress during its conversion from a primary into an academy, government watchdogs have said.

Ofsted inspectors gave Conisbrough Ivanhoe Primary Academy a rating of ‘Good’ - the second highest mark - at their last visit in 2010. Inspector Sir Michael Wilshaw praised the school as the “performance has been sustained” since it became an academy in 2012. His interim assessment in April considered teaching standards and pupil achievement.
