LABOUR leader Ed Miliband wants children to take a leaf out of his book and read more.

The Doncaster North MP broke off from his busy parliamentary schedule to come back to the town and promote reading at Waterstones in the Frenchgate Centre.

Mr Miliband met with several budding bookworms from schools across the borough including The Armthorpe School, Don Valley, Hexthorpe Primary and The Hayfield School, store staff and authors as part of the campaign which supports the Doncaster Book Award.
