THE Duke of York is to visit Doncaster today to meet business bosses and high achieving young people.
HRH Prince Andrew will tour Bridon’s factory in Balby to gain an insight into how the firm operates.
He will also visit the Mansion House where he will meet Leah Wren, 17, a youth councillor and Doncaster’s representative at the UK Youth Parliament as well as 19-year-old Lewis Fitzpatrick, a heating and ventilation apprentice with the council.
Prince Andrew is also due to attend a lunch where business and civic leaders including elected mayor Peter Davies and civic counterpart Coun Eva Hughes.
After serving in the Royal Navy His Royal Highness has undertaken trade and investment work to boost UK businesses. He also works with charities, patronages and initiatives to enhance entrepreneurial activity and helps to develop young people for the future.
