Protestors gathered in Doncaster market place to stage a demonstration against increasing violence in Turkey.
More than a dozen banner wielding demonstrators waved placards outside Primark on Tuesday morning to show solidariity for people in their homeland which has been hit by a series of violent clashes between the Governnment and members of the public.
In recent days, riot police, armed with tear gas and water cannons, have been used on protestors who have set cars ablaze and hurled stones in a series of anti-Government rallies, which have already claimed the lives of two people.
The protests, in cities including Ankara and Istanbul, are in protest against the ten year reign of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Doncaster demonstrators held aloft banners urging an end to the violence and sending support to people in Turkey.
