RETAIL, office and community space is up for grabs within the Millers’ New York Stadium.

Burgess Commercial has been appointed by Rotherham United FC to market the 30,000 square feet of units, on the site of the old Guest and Chrimes factory adjacent to Main Street.

Karen Thomas, finance director at RUFC, said: “We aim to attract new employers so the stadium provides a real boost to the local economy.”
