Doncaster-based greengrocers K.D. Davis & Sons has been shortlisted in the final of the ‘Greengrocer of the Year’ category at the Farm Shop & Deli Awards 2016.

Ryan Davis, director at the Doncaster Market-based firm, said: “I feel so proud for our fourth generation family to be recognised in such an amazing award, the growth of our new online home delivery service has now given us a platform to compete with the big supermarkets and now our customers are able to order up right up until midnight and still receive their order the very next day.”

Members of the public can vote for them to win online at http://www.farmshopanddelishow.co.uk/entry/kddavis-sons-the-greengrocers-ltd by October 31.

The overall winner will be announced at the Farm Shop & Deli Show at Birmingham’s NEC on April 19 next year.
