RANDOM air gun shootings from cars in Rawmarsh and Rotherham, that injured at least one person, are still under police investigation.
A 19-year old Swinton man was arrested then bailed in connection with an incident on Herringthorpe Valley Road on September 8, when a 17-year-old girl is believed to have been injured by an air gun pellet fired from a car.
Two further arrests were made after incidents between September 5 and September 9, when air weapons were fired from another car around the Monkwood area in Rawmarsh. Two men, aged 20 and 22 from Rawmarsh have been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
