A FUN-FILLED Stainforth Gala was enjoyed by the many who attended.
Fairground rides, ferret racing and fireworks were just some of the attractions at this year's annual event, at the Miners Welfare Ground.

Grimsby/Cleethorpes global baton twirlers led the parade through the town.

The gala was opened with the crowning of the queen at Stainforth welfare followed by up and coming dance group Northern Image, singing sensations Da Vinci plus local lad country and western star Mike Lane.

The family fun theme continued into bank holiday Monday at Dunscroft Welfare where there were rides, face painting and a kids' penalty shoot-out.

THE Gazette photographer captured the following pictures from last weekend's Stainforth Gala.
