A RECENT charity event in Dunscroft helped raise £700 for autistic children.
The fundraiser was organised by Eve Woods at the Abbey pub in Station Road in a bid to raise awareness about the National Autistic Society.

There were cake stalls, a tombola and fun activities for people to get involved in and a chance to pick up a bargain in a charity auction. Doncaster Rovers' mascot Donny Dog also made a guest appearance.

Eve thanked sponsors and participants for helping to make the event a success.
