TO MARK 60 years to the day since the formation of the NHS, Doncaster North MP Ed Miliband will officially open The Orchard Centre in Moorends.
The new health centre is the home for the local GP surgery and existing health centre, together with a pharmacy and other NHS services.

The event, on Saturday at 1.30pm, in Marshlands Lane, will be attended by Moorends resident Margaret Smith, who came up with the winning name for the new centre following a local competition.
