AN Evening of Gilbert and Sullivan will be performed by Cameo Opera in Beverley next month.
Larger than life characters will be brought to the stage at Toll Gavel Methodist Church on January 14 at 7.30pm, from The Pirates of Penzance, HMS Pinafore, The Gondoliers, The Mikado, Ruddigore, Yeomen of the Guard, Trial by Jury, and other favourite operettas.
"Cameo Opera return with a programme that should delight Gilbert and Sullivan fans as well as those who enjoy the entertaining evenings of music and laughter that Cameo Opera are so renowned for," said a spokesman for the organisers.
Tickets cost adults £12, concessions £10 and are available from Beverley Tourist Information Office 01482 867430.
