From wedding make-up to tutorials - beauty lovers can come along and get glammed up in luxurious surroundings.

Sarah, 22, said: “Working on a make-up counter I realised that so many people don’t know the basics because they’ve never really been shown how to apply make-up.

“A lot of people are confused when it comes to make-up but even things like picking the right foundation to suit your skin tone makes such a difference.

“Make-up can be a real confidence booster and I wanted to pass my tips on to other people.”

As well as passing on her tricks of the trade, Sarah, whose business is based at Lambcote Grange in Fishpond Lane, Braithwell, is offering make-up looks for any occasion from a night out to a school prom.

“The studio is a great space for a group of friends to come along and have their make-up done, have a glass of champagne and get ready for a night out, and then we also offer a chauffeur to take them to their favourite venue.

”I also offer prom packages and a variety of wedding packages.”

Wedding packages start from £60 for bridal makeup and Sarah also offers blushing brides to be premium packages including a hair stylist, use of the house to prepare for their special day and full use of the stunning grounds for photography as well as chauffeur hire and flowers.

She added: “I wanted to make the prices affordable for people, express make-up starts from £30, I didn’t want to make it too expensive.

“Setting up the business has been stressful but so exciting, I keep coming up with new ideas all the time.

“Since opening the response has far exceeded my expectations. I have been really busy, not just with make up for all occasions but also many people are coming to learn the skills themselves, both one to one and in groups.

“I also feel honoured but a little nervous that so many people have already chosen to use me for their bridal make up for weddings this summer.”

On January 26 Sarah will be showcasing her business at a wedding fair at Magna in Rotherham from 10am to 4pm.
