Saint Etienne announce support acts for UK tour

Much loved London trio Saint Etienne are back this spring with their first album in seven years ‘Words And Music by Saint Etienne’ and will embark on a full UK tour in May.

Supports have just been confirmed for the tour and include Stereo Venue, Lightships, Edgar Jones, Colorama and for their London Palladium show Summer Camp and 2 Bears.

An antidote to landfill indie and the R&B-goes-to-Ibiza choking the charts, it’s a full on celebration of pop the new album contains a dozen up-tempo slices of electro-pop which they have concocted with Richard X.

The new album ‘Word And Music by Saint Etienne’ will mix perfectly into a new live set with the band’s classic hits such as He’s On The Phone, Only Love Can Break Your Heart and Nothing Can Stop Us. ‘Tonight’ was the first single from the album and is succeeded by ‘I Got Your Music’ released May 21.
