A SCARBOROUGH B&B has been named ahead of The Ritz and Claridge’s as one of the UK’s best hotels.

East Coast guest house The Grainary came in at number three, beating established London favourites Claridge’s Hotel and The Ritz Hotel, according to real reviews posted on Qype.co.uk over the last six months. Ellerthwaite Lodge Hotel, Cumbria, was the only other hotel outside of London to make the top ten.
