Ghostly goings-on to raise vital funds

WITCHES and warlocks, goblins and ghouls will all be helping to raise money for a worthy cause next month.

A Hallowe’en event is being held at the Imperial Hall in Epworth between 5-7pm on Tuesday, October 30, in aid of seven-year-old Alexander Strong of Burnham Road who suffers from a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma.

The event will include a fancy dress competition, face painting, a tombola and raffle, cake stall, bouncy castle, guess the name of the teddy, guess how many sweets in the jar, and refreshments.

Admission is by donation on entry, all proceeds to Alex’s fund whose family are trying to raise £90,000 to pay for treatment in Germany.
