Father Christmas and his wife Mrs Christmas gave youngsters a festive treat when they visited Balby Christmas Fair.

There was festive fun for all ages at the event at St Catherines’ House, Woodfield Park, including the Simply Voices Choir, craft stalls, face painting, children’s story time and craft sessions, fairground rides and much more.

Wendy Parkes, who runs St Catherine’s House and Woodfield Park via Flourish Enterprises, said: “We had a really busy day – but our visitors Father and Mrs Christmas had a constant flow of little ones throughout the day, listening to their Christmas wishes.”

Flourish Enterprises is a social enterprise supported by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and provides work and vocational opportunities to people who need support to get back into education or employment.
