UNA Law triumphed in the Red Cross whist session held at Epworth’s Imperial Hall venue.
Her score of 173 was enough to secure victory, ahead of second-placed Brenda North’s 166 and Annie Gravil who was third with 161.
Margaret Hirst got the low of 159.
Meanwhile in the ‘gents’ section Margaret Hardy won with 177 and Dorothy Fotheringham was second with 174. Edna Day took third place with 163 and Mary Addlesee had the lowest score of 148.
