Methodist Church: Coffee morning last Saturday raised £54.55 contributing to Chapel funds. Next week the organising group will be Thorne Rural Lions 10am to noon. On Sunday there will not be a service at the Chapel but a combined service will be held at Hexthorpe.
On Monday October 19 there will be a Church Council meeting at 7pm. This meeting is available to all interested visitors who will be made welcome.
Tuesday Club are holding a quiz at their next meeting on Tuesday October 20 at 7.30pm in the chapel school room. New members wishing to join this group who meet every third Tuesday in the month will be very welcome.
