Trees to be cut back near Doncaster hospital

TWO trees at St Catherine’s Hospital look set to be cut back under plans lodged with Doncaster Council.

The authority’s planning department has been asked to approve work which would see two large branches cut back on the trees, at Goosehill Court, Balby.

The branches would be cut back by 30 per cent under the plans drawn up for the lime trees which are covered by a tree preservation order.
