MEMBERS of the public are invited to attend a stargazers’ meeting in Swinton tonight, Thursday.

Mexborough and Swinton Astronomical Society will be holding the get together at Swinton Working Men’s Club from 7.45pm to 10pm.

Committee member and Observations Officer Trevor Worrell will be giving a presentation on the astronomical sights of the autumn skies.

Visitors are welcome but are asked to pay a £2 admission fee. It is free for members.
