OLYMPIC bronze medallist Sarah Stevenson has enlisted the help of college studies to aid her new fitness project.
The tae kwon do ace has launched a new online campaign to get people working out in their own homes.
To help promote her new venture, Bentley-born Sarah brought in Doncaster College students Adam Holloway and Michael Burton to video a training regime at her Manchester home.
The film pair edited the footage of Sarah doing a series of 10 to 15-minute full body and cardiovascular workouts for the online project.
Sarah, an ex-Doncaster College student, said: “Their professionalism was to the highest standard and I know they are keen to offer new ideas for the next time and I’m really looking forward to working with them all again.”

Adam and Michael are second year students on the creative media production level three film and TV course at the college.
Adam added: “It was a great experience working with Sarah on a professional brief. We had to light and direct Sarah’s performance ourselves so it was a great learning curve.”
