AN EPWORTH potato grower is giving its spuds a makeover in time to support Children in Need.

E.Park and Sons has been commissioned by Asda to produce a special Pudsey piper potato in aid of this year’s fundraiser with 10p from every pack sold going to charity.

Stephen Park, general manager at E.Park and Sons, said: “We can’t wait to see the Pudsey Pipers hit Asda shelves at the start of November. We’ve been working with Asda to design some eye-catching packaging for the potatoes which we think Asda shoppers will really love.”
