As a follow up, they are planning on returning to Year 11 General Studies lessons this term to give pupils the opportunity to have a go in their ‘icar’ (an interactive car) as well as a driving simulator in the classroom.

Their aim is to educate the pupils on the dangers of getting into a car without a seatbelt, driving over the speed limit or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
