OOH la la!

Doncaster College stepped in after four French trainee plumbers looked like they would have to go back to France when work placements in the borough fell through because of bad weather.

The experience was arranged for the 17-year-olds from Paris to work alongside the college’s own plumbers, heating engineers and apprentices after Business and Education South Yorkshire asked the lecturers for help.

College lecturer Paul Davies said: “The college was delighted to assist the French lads.”
