Pick up a treat at an autumn fair

AN autumn fair will take place this weekend to raise money for Burghwallis church.

The fair will be held at the Burghwallis pub in Scorcher Hills Lane between 1pm and 3pm this Saturday.

There will be a range of activities and stalls at the fair, with many things up for grabs on the day including cakess, books, jewellery, toys, puzzles and a selection of different items from the white elephant stands.

There will also be a raffle at the event with prizes including a festive-themed hamper on offer.

Admission to the autumn fair is free with money raised supporting the church.
