A THURNSCOE Big Local event will again involve a Dearne Olympian.

The information and presentation evening takes place at The Ship WMC on Wednesday, November 14, from 6pm to 9pm.

The event is the second of three that give people a chance to find out more about Big Local and other things that are happening in Thurnscoe and the surrounding area.

Olympian archer Amy Oliver will be there to present funding cheques to successful applicants who applied to Thurnscoe’s Big Local’s grant scheme.

The Big Local group will provide free entertainment and refreshments.

All attendees are asked to share their views about how they would make Thurnscoe a better place. Those who complete a form will be entered in to a free raffle.
