members of the public are invited to attend the next meeting of Mexborough and Swinton Astronomical Society.

The meeting will be held at Swinton Working Men’s Club, on Station Street, and will feature the latest installment of the group’s A to Z of astronomy series.

It will take place tonight, Thursday, September 6, from 7.45pm to 10pm. It is free for members to attend but visitors are asked to pay a £2 admission fee. For more information visit the MSAS website at www.msas.org.uk
