A CANCER charity is highlighting the importance of keeping an up to date will.

Only one third of people keep an up to date Will, and CLIC Sargent is hopeful that Gifts in Wills Awareness Month throughout February will increase that figure.

35 per cent of people say they would leave a charitable gift in their will but only seven per cent actually do.

Sally Uttley, from Doncaster included a gift for CLIC Sargent she said: “I think it’s vital to keep on top of your will. It’s something that is very easy to put off, but once it is done you feel at ease. For information contact 0845 125 2625.
