MEMBERS of the Thorne and Moorends Safer Neighbourhood Team will be on hand to speak to residents at a meeting next month.

Officers will be at the Moorends Miners Welfare in West Road on Thursday, July 5, from 1pm.

The aim of the meeting is for residents to get together with officers and council representatives to raise any problem issues and set crime priorities.

Recent priorities set include tackling anti-social behaviour.
