Exercise for Sports Relief

Dearne Valley Sports are inviting the local community to join in the fun whilst raising money for Sports Relief.

Taking place on Friday 23 March 23 from 6-8.pm, the fitness event is open to participants aged 14 years and above; consisting of spinnercise, circuit training and the new fitness class craze ‘Bokwa’.
