ducks of the feathered variety made way for that of the bathtime breed at this year’s annual race.

Hundreds of yellow rubber ducks paddled their way across Tickhill Mill Dam, at the event organised by St Mary’s Primary School Parent Teacher Association.

People lined the edges of the route to see the torrent of plastic paddlers make their way downstream.

Proceeds from duck sponsorship will go to the Parent Teacher Association to support projects at the school.
