Barnsley tenants’ views wanted
FEEDBACK is sought by Berneslai Homes to their annual report.
The report was sent out last week to all tenants and leaseholders.
It presents key performance information and achievements throughout the year, and reflects on the company’s last ten years as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), managing homes on behalf of Barnsley Council.
The report is based on a series of questions from customers and answers from staff and board members, and demonstrates Berneslai Homes’ support and respect for the ‘Challenge Berneslai’ co-regulation model which puts customers in the driving seat when it comes to holding their landlord to account.
Berneslai Homes Director of Business and Customer Services Dave Fullen said: “The report is an honest reflection of our strengths and weaknesses. We have been rated as one of the top performing ALMOs in the country, with tenant satisfaction at an all time high, but we’re not resting on our laurels and we know that there are many challenges to tackle.”
Give feedback at www.berneslaihomes.co.uk or by returning the posted survey.
