BUDDING artists young and old braved the cold weather to take part in a creative course.

Painters and sketchers were amongst those taking part in Cusworth Hall’s free Big Draw event, which offered the expert eye of reknowned artists Ashley Jackson and Graham Ibbeson.

A special class entitled Opposite Attracts was held to teach participants a number of new skills, whether experienced or picking up a pencil or a brush for the first time.

And the two Yorkshire artists also opened a joint exhibition at the Hall with the same name as part of the event, which will be on display until summer next year.

To find out more about the exhibition contact Cusworth Hall directly by calling 01302 782342.
