Murray mania is set to be served up in Doncaster with tennis lessons for children as young as six.
Titchy Tennis, is an indoor six week winter tennis programme at Doncaster Dome, for children aged between six and ten years old.
Jon Whiteley, Head of Leisure for Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust who will be hosting the sessions said: “Andy Murray’s success this year was a hard fought one and we are hoping that by getting children interested in tennis from a young age we’ll develop more stars of the future.”
Two free taster sessions will take place on October 9 and 16 at 4pm.
The sessions will be run by John Willis, a Level 5 LTA Master Performance Coach, with 25 years experience. The first six week block will run from October 23 until December 4 from 4pm until 5pm and costs £30 and people can sign up at any Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust venue.
